Hike & Meditate 2025 Summer Schedule
Why These Dates Matter
At Hike & Meditate, every gathering is more than just a hike—it’s a chance to recharge, reconnect, and remember what matters most. Our Late Summer Lineup is designed with purpose, each date offering its own way to embrace nature, community, and mindfulness.
August 9 – Golden Hour Hike
There’s something healing about moving through the forest as the sun sets. Golden Hour hikes remind us to slow down and witness beauty in transition—just like our own lives.
August 17 – Field Day (Subject to Change)
Play is a powerful form of healing. Our Field Day invites the community to come together for fun, laughter, and movement—a reminder that wellness isn’t always quiet, sometimes it’s joyful and loud.
August 30 – Hike & Kayak III (Challenging Hike)
We believe growth happens just beyond our comfort zones. This challenging hike and kayak adventure gives participants the chance to test their limits, build resilience, and celebrate strength in both body and mind.
September 14 – Local Hike
Our local hikes are the heartbeat of what we do—making mindfulness accessible, close to home, and rooted in community. These walks remind us that we don’t always need to go far to go deep.
September 19–21 – Camping Weekend
Extended time in nature restores us in ways a few hours cannot. Our camping weekends allow participants to reset, share stories around the fire, and experience the grounding rhythm of sunrise to sunset outdoors.
September 21 – Not Local Hike
Exploring new terrain helps us expand our perspective. Traveling beyond the usual trails reminds us that there’s always more to see, more to learn, and more ways to connect with nature’s vastness.
Together, these dates weave a journey—one of joy, challenge, rest, and discovery. Each outing holds space for reflection, healing, and community, aligning with our mission to make the outdoors a place where everyone belongs.
